Dead Set On Living Now Available

March 7, 2018

Chris DSOL

Well, the day has finally arrived and Dead Set On Living is now officially in the world. This book quite literally almost took my life, but I’m still standing and believe with my entire everything that it can deeply benefit all beings on their healing journeys. And that has very little to do with me, but rather the illuminating conversations I was blessed to have with a very eclectic mix of spiritual teachers, artists, neuroscientists, addiction experts, and so on. But this is not just a book about addiction/recovery. It is a book about exploring why we return to self-defeating behaviors (whatever they may be) and most importantly, how to truly overcome them. My sincerest thanks to everyone who’s already bought a copy or is planning on it. And I understand if you’re not financially able to (totally) but if it sounds like something that may be of service to people you know, it’d mean so much if you could share about it on social media or with your friends, family, or whomever. It’s available everywhere books are sold in paperback, ebook, and audiobook formats. My deepest love and gratitude to you all! May we all be free from suffering.

OVERVIEW

There are hundreds of great books about recovery but not one about what it’s like to relapse and recover again comprised of no-holds-barred conversations and practices that readers can carry with them through any circumstance. Dead Set on Living is essential reading for anyone seeking a path to healing through adversity, understanding the human condition, and rebuilding relationships after promises have been broken.

“Why do we do things we know will hurt us and the people we love?” (more…)
